How will upgrading work in 12 months when the new iPhone comes out? Will I be able to upgrade via Apple.com like I did this year and ship the phone back or will I have to go to an ATT store to give them my current phone and then preorder? Thanks!

I'm using a CDMA/GSM (VZW) iPhone 7 on ATT. Was recently using an iPhone 6S. Popped my sim out of that phone and transferred it to the iPhone 7. Everything works great with one exception. I'm finding that incoming calls from numbers that aren't stored in my phone aren't consistently showing up...
