Hi guys.
I experienced this issue two weeks ago in my Mac Book Pro, after I upgraded to version 10.15.7.
I read all the comments in this thread and I called Apple support.
They acknowledge the problem and together with support we troubleshooted the issue.

There are two solutions, one temporary and one permanent:
- Temporary: As many others have pointed out: sign-out from AppleId, resolves the issue temporarily, until you sign-in again.
- Permanent: Reset NVRAM on your Mac
They did not justify, why this resolves the issue, but it worked.

After I reseted the NVRAM on my Mac I have not seen the issue again.
Four "clean" days have passed.
