Good luck to you as well. Mine looks like a stretch. See how I go. Weather will play a part.
Too much to be honest and I am not sure that I will achieve it. I have other things on my mind this month (career related that require some learning, training and reading) so I choose actively to not think about this one. If it happens good, if not it is not the end of the world ...

It's the first time that I see a HIIT monthly challenge, is this new? I am on watchOS 9 beta so it's possible that Apple (finally) put more type of challenges in it.
Anyway, it's gonna be a pretty easy challenge for me! Good luck everyone!

Maybe. We'll see. It depends on how hot it gets outside.
My challenge this month is to either walk or run a total of 60.2 miles.
Between travel and moving I will not be able to get my usual workouts in, so not sure if I can make it

Hit 200% on my move goal 4 times this month.
Not bad, it'll be tough since my goal is pretty aggressive, but doable once the weather cools a bit.

I went from having to do 90 miles in one month to just doing a workout 3 times this month...weird, is it sensing that I don't do workouts often?
