August 2022 Activity Challenge

Finally finished mine, it was a lot of minutes.

Done early, moving houses helped, it’s a lot more work than I remember. September will be a “normal” month for me, definitely will take it easier regardless of challenge

The challenge was to reach double my calorie goal of 1250 four times. I got close to but not quite 200% several times, but finally completed today, some 270 miles walking/running later. Tomorrow will be a rest day while I dread next month's challenge if it's based on this month's stats. 😓

Huh, this one was a lot of work for those of us who mostly exercise by walking: 39K calories, some 635K steps, about 106 active hours, with a total distance of 550 km (340 miles).

Completed just in time around 23:00 😅
