Glad I stayed up until midnight for pre order as australia is showing mid November now.
mines 17-19th my guess is it will be here 17th and they’re just trying to lower expectations with covid delays.

It's 2 orders of 2, so it would be 4, which is excessive! I live in a house share, so I only wanted 2 mini ones for my room, as I have a 4K monitor that acts as my work screen, then my telly/gaming screen/casual internet screen, so can use it for those activities, or just playing out podcasts/music/audiobooks, calls, etc.

Ah, I understand now. I already have four HomePods (one as stereo pair in my study, the others individually in two other rooms). Not sure where I’ll put the new baby HomePod, mainly just very interested to see how it performs. And also the very small size will make it easy to put in other locations.

I also am enjoying being able to satisfy my Apple purchase urge for “only” a hundred bucks and get something that will be useful and enjoyable. Most non/accessory Apple products are too expensive to be impulse buys . . .

I had a similar experience with the 4kTV. I just got one from a third party and cancelled my Apple order

I ordered a space gray mini for my kitchen to listen to music, podcasts while cooking/dishes, adding groceries to reminders, etc...

Ordered minutes after the store opened. Delivers Nov 17 - Nov 19. Did anyone get a Friday delivery? Or is Apple prioritizing the iPhones maybe? If I like the mini, I will add more over time. Seems like a win for Apple.

Ordered the space grey version. Delivery is expected 20th November. I can wait a few days, this is my first HomePod which will be used to replace a JBL bluetooth speaker in the bedroom. Hope it's good!

Yes, I have the same impression. My delivery projection is 17-19th too, hopefully I'll get it on the 16th since I did place my order quite early . . .

Here in the UK, you only could get the 16th if you went for express delivery.

Same here. Kept refreshing the Website from 759 (EST) and finally got in at 0815. Ordered two (my AppleID was capped at two) and got 17-19 delivery. Went back on at 1530 later the same day and was able to order two more for Dec 2-9 delivery. Both orders are in “processing”

Actually that was the same for Canada, I think it was $14-15 CAD (about 11% of the cost of the HomePod mini itself). No chance I’m going to start paying for delivery when its always been free, especially launch day items.

express was £4 here. which is just over $6 CAD.

Ok so not sure if this is Just Currys PC World in the UK giving out false dates but ordered a couple os HomePod Mini’s and they’re saying to expect delivery on the 13th Nov?!? Won’t complain if true but got a feeling the dates not right?

Same here, not going to pay extra for the 'privilege' of receiving it a day or two earlier.

Pandora recently gave Google Nest Minis to their subscribers for the second year in a row. I have one from last year that I gave to my wife for use in her home office. My free Nest Mini arrived today and I placed it on my desk in my home office. I've had use of other Nest Minis in the home since last December and the sound isn't too bad, so if the HomePod Mini sounds better (and I'm hoping it does) then it gets the desk in my office.

Can't wait to compare the sound quality between the two.

So it's not just me, Fingers crossed this is correct, I'm guessing 3rd party suppliers will have a certain amount of stock delivered to them and it's up to them to arrange delivery.
