Tiny iPad? You mean iPod without musicI have three: my iPhone 12 Pro, a company iPhone 11, and my previous iPhone 7. The 7 has no service, it's just used as a tiny iPad/Wifi.
What happened yo your SE?An OG iPhone SE (this seems like a trend on the thread, although mine is bricked), my old iPhone 8 which my mom is now using as her mobile phone, and my new iPhone SE 3, which is my main -and only- smartphone.
I’ve had the iPhone 4 and 4S (loved this one) but I ended up selling them.
You don’t want to know. I’ll just say… the following iPhones were, fortunately, waterproof. What happened yo your SE?
Also have a pair of OG iphones, a pair of 3GSes and a 5 in storage somewhere.
In case you don’t know, they should be stored with the battery halfway charged for longevity. https://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/And I have an old 13PM shoved in a drawer which I never really use. I kept it because I like the Sierra blue color so much and I guess to have as a backup just in case.
You may want to preface it with those who aren't in tech or are iPhone app developers.I know several people have multiple phones. If you do, how many iPhones do you have and how often do you use them? I have the 15 pro but want to get a 15 to try out since everyone says it’s so light.
In what situations do you choose to use the 6S over the 13?I have a regular 13 as my daily driver and I also use a 6S as a secondary phone at home, just for web-browsing, media & music.
By “house phone”, do you mean you dock your 15 Pro and only use your SE1 while at home? Do they have separate lines? If the SE doesn’t have its own line, how do you handle calling and sending SMS messages? I tried to have a house iPhone, but I couldn’t initiate phone calls or send SMS messages from the house phone (I think I was able to receive), and having to carry both phones around was a non-starter for me.I have 3 iPhones.
iPhone SE OG used as a house phone
iPhone 13 mini used as a work phone
iPhone 15 Pro as my main persona
The SE has its own line (prepaid) and stays plugged in.By “house phone”, do you mean you dock your 15 Pro and only use your SE1 while at home? Do they have separate lines? Obviously the 13 is better than the 6S in every conceivable way however, because it’s my main phone, I always get interrupted by WhatsApp messages which I have to reply to. If I want to just relax and enjoy a show while I am away from the TV, I’ll run it on the 6S as it doesn’t have its own SIM card. I also prefer using the 6S as my device when I am in bed as I usually watch something to go to sleep. My 13 charges each night anyway on the MagSafe puck so it’s not accessible to me and I also do not wish to be disturbed by messages while I am tying to go to sleep. In what situations do you choose to use the 6S over the 13?
...but it forwards everything to my 12 PM
Yes, go into settings: Messages - and scroll down to "Text Message Forwarding" for texts, then under settings: Phone: and scroll down to Call forwarding. You pick what phone(s) it all goes. Can you elaborate on that process if you don't mind?
Oh ok. But if it stays plugged in, how is it used? The SE has its own line (prepaid) and stays plugged in.
I have Panasonic Wireless phone bases that are paired with the SE number. When I get a call, the SE rings along with the Panasonic base phones and I can answer wherever I am.Oh ok. But if it stays plugged in, how is it used?
