Well, it might come in the iLife box, or with the OSX in the box, but it's not been preloaded on this MacPro, and it's not on the install disk whatsoever.
The Apple store closest to me confirmed (when I bought the machine last month) Photo Booth did not come on the MacPro. However, a guy at the Apple store second closest to me told me today that it does come on EVERY Mac. Well, I think he had good intentions, but I don't think that is the case. I'll call Apple Care tomorrow and find out how to get a copy.
