So what is this "see behind the icons" thing I read about? Sounds interesting, but no one does more than mention it. What use is it? How does it work? I get that it senses you move the phone, but then what? The apps go flying off or something?

your wallpaper moves slightly to give a parallax effect as you move your device...

icons are a layer "in front" of the wallpaper

Just compared the iOS 6 and iOS 7 icons, and it looks like the iOS 7 icons have slightly rounder corners.

As you move the device, everything on the screen slighty shifts.

It basically makes your icons appear on a 3d layer, kinda like glass, so if you tilt your phone it'll make it look your wallpaper can move behind it!

Calculator now has a percentage sign in portrait mode. Very happy about this! It was always an annoyance for me to have to unlock screen orientation and then rotate to landscape mode to reveal this key.

There are new animations when launching and closing apps, locking and unlocking the device, and when activating Siri.

The Clock icon is dynamic; the time is shown on the clock app and live updates.
Siri provides an option to change the voice gender
AirPlay can be manually managed
iOS 7 now has Quick Look

Newsstand is now an app, rather than a folder.
You can create a radio station from a song you are listening to that is in iCloud (Local Storage?)

Why have a dynamic clock icon which is right in the menu bar, but not a dynamic weather icon?:apple:
