Ok let me rephrase. I forgot people would be pedantic about it.No one should be getting rich off a class action; we should all be getting justice š
Who are "they"?why they complaining they praise apple so much the company wouldn't do anything wrong
Class actions are not just about monetary compensation for individuals, they are also to hold companies accountable and force them to do better going forward.Ok let me rephrase. I forgot people would be pedantic about it.
Nobody wins a class action except the lawyers. You getting 15 cents isnāt justice IMO.
Yeah I find it strange people use APMs at the gym or out running. They're heavy, they're expensive, and although they're very well made the metal cups are easily prone to scratching if dropped. Then you've got the apparent condensation issues some users have which would obviously be made much worse with exercise. APMs are not gym headphones. However, I always wonder why people wear them at the gym or on a treadmill. I think you can easily ruin the AirPods Max when used in the āwrongā environment. Apple should be more clear about that.
It also serves as an important datapoint to keep issues in perspective.I love answers like āI donāt have any problems with [xxxxx].ā
It doesnt help get to the root cause of the issue, and makes people who do have it feel like crap.
I need to take them off my head after 30 minutes.Theyāve been great for me, but if I use them 6 hours strait I notice condensation.
If used for short periods is totally fine.
They clearly list it in their chart on the website. It says AirPods 3rd Gen and AirPods Pro 2nd gen are sweat and water resistant while AirPods Max is not. However, I always wonder why people wear them at the gym or on a treadmill. I think you can easily ruin the AirPods Max when used in the āwrongā environment. Apple should be more clear about that.
Nobody wins a class action except the lawyers on both sides. You getting 15 cents in a settlement while the company admits no fault isnāt justice IMO. š
