No serious scientist or doctor would ever say that. About anything, actually, because it's an impossible standard. What we do know is that Covid does have long-term negative effects.
How can you know the future? (Or are you saying several months is long-term?)

It is going to be difficult to get smart people to take a vaccine that not fully tested and only been granted as

"Emergency Use Authorizations"​

I wouldn't call anti-vaxxers smart at all.

However, I'd consider doctors and nurses some of the smartest people on the planet. Oh look, they already got the shots.

because your organs don’t fix themselves from this kind of damage. If you have certain types of organ damage today it stands to reason you have long term negative effects.
