I've had an account registered on Macrumors twice the time you have. I think I've been through an update. Am I not allowed to voice an opinion?
I never said that. It's just an opinion that makes no sense.

Was El Capitan a bigger update than Sierra? Not really. Apple always does iterative updates. They don't do what microsoft does and change everything every few years and alienate their users.

Very curious to see what the Messages setting in optimisation does. I really hope we can an iCloud Messages Library so that we don't have to "restore from backup" just to keep our messages history intact.

Also, the "Documents and Desktop" setting, are the files stored locally (like Dropbox) or are they actually stored in iCloud but shown in their respective location as if they were stored locally (but taking up no space)?

Strange, I just came home and my 1Password (beta) extension in Safari was suddenly gone. Yesterday even after the upgrade and today in the morning it was still there. And both other extensions did not disappear. All of them were not installed from the extension gallery.

New File System! Apple FS which supports snapshotting etc.

So essentially it's Apple's bowderlized version of ZFS.

ZFS is now making its appearance in various Linuxes and is an obvious next step.

But....unlike Apple, the real ZFS does not COMPEL one to use the Cloud.

The use of the Cloud, de facto, for organizations is a strategically bad choice, unwise.

Convenience for the sake of expediency always comes with a price.

Anyone tried PC-BSD 10.3 (comes with full ZFS) ?

I still have the option to download apps from anywhere for what's it worth. I did have it enabled before upgrading though.

Me too. And it was also set to Anywhere before the upgrade.

Is it really gone for most of the others? Clean install or upgrade?

It is also mentioned in when I click on the help button:

They are all GPU kexts. The only new one I see is AMD9500Controller.kext.

Anyone wanna poke around and see what device ID's are in this?

EDIT: 0x67E01002, 0x67FF1002, 0x67C01002, and 0x67DF1002

I can't seem to match these with any known AMD GPU, is it Polaris perhaps?
Yes, those are Polaris GPUs.

Can anyone check if Portuguese (Portugal) or Portuguese (European) is available in Siri prefs?
Thank you

Only Portugese (Brazilian) is available

Can anyone check if English (New Zealand) is available in Siri prefs ?
I don't think I'll use Siri if there's only an English (Australia) option.

For English the following options are available:
  • Australia
  • Canada
  • Ireland
  • India
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • South Africa

If u use the four finger gesture on your trackpad to switch into mission control it kinda adapts your speed now in which the windows zoom out.
