I have all the same issues as y'all. However I dont care as much about the material.

My Bumper Wish List

*Shallow - Unlike Target's Best Case, i-Blason, Monoprice. I have seen a lot of reviews and pictures that say that the bumper is oddly bulky, especially on backside more so than the front.
*Has all buttons covered - I really like a lot of the metal/aluminum bumper but none of them cover up any of the buttons. especially like the looks of the Caze ThinEdge, but no button covers = deal breaker.
*Has individual bottom port cutouts - Unlike Poetics, Monoprice, Photice. I think that having individual port cutouts is the way to go. Not only for protection (and hopefully a little less dust and dirt collection) but for the
structural integrity of the bumper. I feel like those bumpers with one large
cutout for all the ports will start to have a looser fit on the bottom and
begin to sag more.

On this quest to check off all my wants on the list I found three bumpers that I think all have some serious potential. An unbranded Hong Kong bumper, the Cellairis, and the ID America Cushi Band.

Hong Kong Bumper
I saw this you tube review and I was sold! ((http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnP7RzyFPkA)) From this video and the review on it, it seems golden! everything I was looking for. I bought it right away and am still waiting on getting it. It's coming from Hong Kong, so they said it should be about 2 weeks total time. Also, here is the ebay link from where I got it. ((http://www.ebay.com/itm/Colorful-Bumper-Case-Plastic-TPU-Frame-Cover-Metal-Button-For-iPhone-5-5G-Film-/120987294414)) I'll report back when I get it because it honestly looks like a winner at a cheap price.

Id America Cushi Band
This one looks pretty legit and seems to check off all my wishes for a bumper. It seems exactly like the Cellairis but much cheaper. It costs only $10 bucks directly from their website ((http://www.idamericany.com/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=29840)). Check out this review of it, it looks pretty good for the price as well! ((http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjgQyqjZFG0)) I bought one the other day and am still waiting on it still too.

Cellairis Bumper
The Cellairis seems just like the ID America Cushi Band but way more expensive! I have this one in mind as a third option if either of the above two don't work out. I just didn't want to drop twenty-some-odd bucks right off the bat.

Here are a couple other bumpers that I found as well that some of you may be interested in, though I haven't seen any extra information on them or reviews on them:

I bought the one you describe as Hong Kong bumper. Still waiting for it. I also purchased the Elago S5 bumper that looks like it recently popped up on Amazon. Quality looks good from the hi-def pics.

Nice! When did you buy your Hong Kong Bumper (I don't know what else to call it haha at least it doesn't have that name branded on the side)? Whats the Elago S5 Bumper like/look like?

I think I ordered it last Friday.

Here's the elago. http://elagostore.com/elago-S5-Bumper-Case-for-iPhone/M/B00A4AJIDQ.htm

I ordered that one today. Now I'm on the lookout for something to do with the back. Lucky Labs launched their new site yesterday and should be releasing discount codes today in the Facebook. So I may buy a skin.

I am still waiting on the Caze ThinEdge Matte Frame. I bought it in Silver and if I like it, I will probably go with a black one as well. If I wind up not liking it, I might go with the Elago bumper. Post some pics when you get it. Thx.

oooOOOOO! That thing looks prime time supreme!! As far as the back goes, I have a Luxe Plate (they sent me one for free to test out because I was worried about losing WiFi signal with the metal plate, the looks are killer though) and a Lazerwood that should be in the mail. If those two don't fit with the bumper or kill the WiFi, I'm getting a Lucky Labs for sure.

One thing about the cellairis bumper that I don't like is the coating they apply to the rubber or tpu part. It can easily peel and once it starts it looks rather ugly.

I'll try to take pictures of the bumper and their other case later.

Oh ya and the side logo easily comes off through daily in and out of pocket use.

I wish the elago case has the metal buttons. It's a small feature that I thought didn't matter but its makes a big difference in feel and looks.

Looks like it might be a good thin bumper.http://www.eiemall.com/Yoobao-For-Iphone-4-4s-Bumpers-Signal*************Case-Skin-32163.htm Before waiting for others, I have found some of the comments. Looks good, like ultra-thin thin edge of the case.

Caze thin edge is a nice, this, soft bumper. It takes a while because it is coming from China.

Slimline just funded so that should hopefully ship soon.

The problem I am having with some cases is fitting the ProClip I rigged with a third party charger. Why are all the third party Lightning connectors larger and square? Most cases have the small oval hole for the Apple cable.

I am also reading that there is a issue finding a bumper that works with the Lightning to 30-Pin adapter. It was suggested to get one of the lightning ext cables.

If you don't mind white cables, stick with the Apple ones. I Thought about getting one of the micro usb adapters and using a retractable micro usb cable.

looks to me like most of the 3rd party cables have a larger lightning plastic piece.

My Pinlo BladEdge II is at the post office. Checked today and it said notice delivered (registered mail from Hong Kong). So I raced from work to make it there before they closed at 6, made it just in time... but driver wasn't back from his route yet. Will have to wait until tomorrow! :)

Grr, I'm not a patient person by nature. Took 12 days to arrive. Carrier leaves note. Rush to post office. Carrier's not back yet. Carrier accidentally puts my case in the OUTGOING mail, case went to main branch. Guy at counter says come back later this morning, they are still sorting some **** and it could be there. Or it will be Monday. Why does this make my blood boil? I'm not in control of everything, crap happens. But I have the sinking feeling my case will be heading back to Hong Kong before it's all over. For the record, I hate registered mail. JUST LEAVE EVERYTHING AT MY DOOR!

Got my caze thinedge. Really like it. Slimmest bumper and great feel to the plastic. I do wish it was a little bit tighter but nothing to really complain about. Got the black one and it comes with a red or almost slate color clip which I think looks really nice.
