Here's my new desktop setup. Sorry it's grainy.

Texas, unfortunately.
Ahhhh. Beautiful combination of OS X Tiger, cleardock (??). Where do you source your desktop pics? Which of your macs are you on?

Yes, it is ClearDock. I found that image with a random Google search actually. :p That's my eMac desktop in the screenshot; my other PPC machines, sadly, see very little use.

Here for your pleasure is my main PowerPC machine, my 20" iMac G5. It's still a speedy little wonder, thanks in no small part to its speedy 64GB SSD!

I'm a pretty big fan of TRON, so anything that reminds me of it definitely gets my attention. I just wish Disney hadn't seriously dropped the marketing ball when it came to merchandising for the last movie and now the TRON XD series.

it's a question mark, so I can't see the picture

Sorry about that but I'm having some trouble attaching the picture to my post. So I instead made it a link.

I usually have GeekTool up but I've been changing things around so it's pretty simple at the moment.

That's a great desktop background :)
Here's my new wallpaper:

Thanks! I enjoy it a lot. I also have a few others just like it that I edited in iPhoto to slightly change the color scheme.

Yours is awesome. And are you using ClearDock as well? Is that app free?

Aha! Yet another MenuMeters user!

I love Menumeters - I've been using it for years now, and it's never let me down! I remember back when the first few rounds of Intel machines came around, it always reported the CPU as an 80486, which I found hilarious :D

I am using cleardock! I almost always use it, accept when using default Mac OS wallpapers which I sometimes do, then I like to have the original look with the untouched dock. :D

Heh, that's funny. I love menumeters, although I use bothe MM and iStat, mainly because MM doesn't provide Temps. Otherwise, I actually like MM better because it is extremely customizable with colors, meters, graphs, the works.

If you're using Cleardock, adding Liger creates a nice Leopard dock in Tiger.
I looked for the Ligerdock app in Finder and used just that.

Cheers :)

:apple:Usually I change my background, hdd icons, screensaver, dock etc. once a month or so. I either use a holiday theme or an Apple logo background for my OS X side and a Debian logo background on my Linux side as I use both and it helps (after long work hours and extreme tired conditions) to remind me which one Im running. This is my current OS X background at the moment.:apple: CM Capture 1.png

Upgraded to Leopard recently, does anyone know if a Mavericks theme is coming out for PPC anytime soon?
