Ventura: huge Exchange/Office365 issues and bugs - almost impossible to use!

I still can't figure out why Mac's calendar can't set my O365 events to "Out of Office." Free, Busy, and Tentative are the only choices; the other options come up on other apps, on Mac and iPhone.

Although MS Outlook doesn't allow for showing travel time at all; at least the Mac calendar does.

Yes - travel times really is a great feature… And another are the recognition of exact addresses. Within iCloud calendar this is working as it should be - with Outlook no chance
