glad there's a watch lovers thread on this forum!
I just started collecting last year and am on a tight budget, so I only have 3 so far:

Seiko SNKL23. My very first mechanical watch. Absolutely love this piece to death.

My first vintage watch! A mechanical Oris from the 30s that I found on eBay.
It works flawlessly, but I don't know the model name or what kind of movement it has. I did get in touch with Oris and they were kind enough to look into their archives if I could send them a picture of the movement. Can't wait to take it to it's first service so I can crack the back open and find out what the history behind this piece is.

That is absolutely gorgeous; my kind of watch, or, rather, the kind of watch that appeals to me: Classic, understated, elegant.

Just got this from my grandfather that passed away earlier this year ( he was 101). The watch has an insignia in the back that it was for his 25th anniversary (1971) as a machinist ( which I believe the stamp at the bottom of the watch face is a machine they worked on).

However, as I am unable to see the watch properly - and nor can I read the brand name - perish you could please tell us a little about the watch.
It seems to be a Bremont U-2 watch. It is a handcrafted thing of beauty and simplicity.

I think I can step in: the maker is „Bremont“, a British watch company if I’m not mistaken
