I have an 11 Pro Max 256gb and it seems I could make about $300. Getting 5g reminds me of when I was geeking out when 4g was coming out and I’d be excited to see 4g show up on my phone. That and my friend just got a new Note with 5g, although LTE on my phone was about the same speed. I like the new design and I like the blue color, and camera improvements are nice.

That said I can’t bring myself to do it. From my XS to the 11 was small but night mode was a huge upgrade! Even then the only reason I upgraded was cuz my dad needed a new phone so he got my XS Max and I got the 11 Pro Max. This time around as much as I like the upgrades there’s nothing really compelling that’s making me want to switch.

My battery life is also at 91%, however the battery still lasts a good while for me. Being home this year and having CarPlay probably help with keeping the phone charged though.

You could get more than $300, couldn't you? When I was looking at ordering from Apple, my regular 11 (not pro) with base 64GB storage was quoted at $350 for trade in.

I've got the 11 Pro Max 256GB. I'm not moving off it for at least another year. Possibly two. I was an early adopter of 5G on Android. It was a nightmare. So I'll pass this round.

No Touch ID in a mask environment is driving me nuts. A lower mAh in the 12 Pro Max turns me off. I'm enjoying jailbreak currently. We'll see in 2021.

I'm staying with my 11, not ready for a new phone yet. Plus, when I do get my next iphone it will be with a Home Button, I'm done with gesture navigation.

I’m keeping my 11 Pro. I think the 12 looks incredible but I’m jumping off the yearly upgrade train, I love the upgrade for a while and then I do the same thing as I did on my previous phone. No point in spending $1500 Canadian for a new phone and Apple care every year to do what I could have done on my previous phone.

If I had 11 Pro I would hold onto it for sure. New design reminiscent of iPhone 4 and 5 are gorgeous and 5G is cool but not mainstream yet so it’s not enough to upgrade

Happy with my 11 atm; though I would like OLED + a telephoto camera so will defo be upgrading in 2021. My plan right now is to wait until the Samsung S21 announcement in Jan/Feb, at which point I'll decide if I'm going to switch over to Samsung, upgrade to the 12 pro, or wait till the 13 in fall 2021. I really dislike the look of the camera from the new S21 leaks, so its becoming more likely it'll be 12 pro in Jan, or wait till Sept for the 13.

I’m keeping my 11p, seeing that I just bought it maybe 2-3 months ago. Perfectly happy with it. Wouldn’t mind a 120hz refresh rate, smaller notch and appreciably smaller bezels. So maybe next year or the year after I’ll upgrade.

I was going go for the iPhone 12 Pro but considering now going for the 11 pro max since i've read there's no much of a difference?

I just bought my 11 last December. And it replaced my 7. I’ll be getting the 15, probably.

I have no desire to upgrade my 11 Pro Max 512 GB. Nothing I do with the phone would be better on an iPhone 12 and 5G is not a thing where I live.

I am still keeping my iPhone Xs. I don't see a lot of changes in design, same notch. Mostly used for productivity, email, messaging, taking pics to sell old stuff on Bay and it's still running smooth as silk.

Well that’s taking into account that I still owe about $550. I’ve paid down half of it since last year.

i'm upgrading, the intel modem is straight up garbage(a bit less in 11 but still garbage)
one thing i nag the most on the 11 is night mode only works on the regular camera and not the wide angle.
last but not least, i realized i need larger storage, icloud takes too long to load.

I’m trying to convince myself to upgrade from my iPhone 11 to the 12 or 12 Pro and I just can’t justify it yet. I do like that the 12 is smaller and lighter but the 11 does everything I need it to.

I have ordered the 12 Pro but am on the fence about whether to cancel and keep my 11 Pro Max or not.

The 11 Pro Max has been a constant balance between loving the large screen but recognising the heft and then with the 12 the Pro Max version is slightly bigger still.

I am fearing I'll sell on my Pro Max and get the 12 and then regret the size reduction. In these Covid times use out and about has decreased a lot anyway

Keeping? I just ordered and received mine.

None of the features of the 12 were anything I wanted. After trade in, $378, not bad for a brand new iPhone.

Another thing I have not seen mentioned yet is comfort, I'll be interested to see how comfortable to hold the 12s are with those sharper edges especially the max model.
