this is my desktop:

I use backlight 2 to have my screensaver as my desktop background. other programs are butler, meteorologist and adium x using the pollux.alfheim design with morpheus black colour scheme. The icon pack is called 'Litho System' and is available from the iconfactory.

Solitaire XL is running in the background and people, that is the best solitaire game ever!

Oh almost forgot! my 1GB ipod shuffle 'Q37' is also plugged in!

It tends to be. It's more for show than anything else. It's not really something that you want to have going while you're working, especially if you're running some heavy stuff.

Dock hides and the background changes every minute

hehe my first dual monitor desktop! horray!
The left monitor is a 19" running at 1280 X 1024 and the right is a 15"(that I found by the dumpster one day) running 1024 X 768, hence the dead space.
But atleast I've now got a place to run adium and iTunes. hehe.
