I got this one and it’s just great. Just like the Apple case, except hopefully it won’t bubble within a few months like Apple’s did for me.

Can we see some photos please

While the Apple Magic Keyboard is pretty good, I decided to try (and like very much) the Logitech Combo. If you ever used a Microsoft Surface Pro, then you know what you are getting. Protection for the back of the iPad, with a kickstand, and the magnetic keyboard snaps to the bottom (uses iPad connector, not bluetooth, so no separate keyboard charging needed). Wan't to save the weight of the keyboard while holding the iPad, remove it.
Does the keyboard fold back for tablet use like the surface keyboard or do you have or remove it? Also can you use the keyboard without the back cover on?
Yup it does
It doesn't fold back. Though to be fair, I didn't know the Microsoft Surface Pro keyboard folded back either. At least I never tried. I would just remove the keyboard if it wasn't, since it's just a magnet.

And no, the back case connects to the three contact points on the iPad and the keyboard then connects to the case.
Please, tell me you know your keyboard can indeed fold back ?.

Just ensure you check the weight of the case you are buying, I returned an ESR silicon back cover case with pencil slot; it was heavier than the actual iPad ?. I have a VajaCase sleeve with a pencil loop, so all I needed was a simple cover when using the iPad casually. When at the desk I use a Satechi stand.

I have since ordered yet another ESR forest green slim cover or so they say. Tbh the best way to enjoy and appreciate the iPad aesthetics is without the bulk\unprotected. That's a NO for me!

A weight comparison for 11-inch iPad Pro cases:

Apple Smart Folio: 6.2 oz. (176 g)
MoKo Case: 7.5 oz. (213 g)

And here are the ESR published weight comparisons and prices:

ESR Trifold Case (black with flap): 7 oz. (198 g) $11.99
ESR Rebound Case (gray with slot): 11.6 oz. (329 g) $19.99
ESR Folio Case (charcoal with loop holder): 9.5 oz. (269 g) $18.99

?

I just received my ESR Rebound Case and there are a few things that I hope ESR will improve in the future: the pencil holder can be irritating while you use your iPad with its stand view feature if you don't have an apple pencil since you can't flap it back; I have had this case for 10 minutes and it's already showing signs of wear(pronounced wrinkles on the case), which makes me believe it's not going to be durable over time. However, I'm still happy with this purchase as it's significantly less expensive than the Apple one.

Anyone who has the Apple case can chime in and share your experience? I'm curious about how the Apple folio case will hold up after 2 years and I wonder if it has the same issues I mentioned above.

I purchased both Apple Smart Folio and MoKo cases for my GF and my iPad Pro 11s. I like that the MoKo case weighs only 7.5 oz. (213 g) compared to 6.2 oz. (176 g). I didn’t want a case with a pencil holder for the irritation reason outlined above. Also need corner protection because not having it is asking for trouble.

My GF’s MoKo is the watercolor version shown below. I will be returning the Apple Smart Folios. While the fit is slim and outstanding, it’s simply too much money for too little protection.

That’s weird, as I have the same case, and the flap can be flapped back to stick magnetically to the back of the case …

Wondering what is better between "ESR Magnetic Case" and "ESR Trifold Case".
And haven't seen any case for vertical mode (better for reading on iPad)

Edit: do you have any screenshots of corner, speakers and pen part of trifold one ? Thank you

Flap is stiff at first but it gets softer over time so the magnet sticks better when flipped back.

Black ESR Rebound for the 2021 IPP 11” ordered directly from the website.

Interestingly, the Apple Folio dbrand skins fit perfectly… Black Damascus limited edition.

2 complaints.

1) When fully open ie cover folded against the back and held in place magnetically. You can’t fold 1/3 of the cover down and have it stay in place magnetically like the Apple folio when you want to take a quick picture (it does fold but doesn’t stay folded down).
2) I don’t like that the inside of the pencil flap is made from the inner faux suede material instead of the outer material. Could be a bit of a funk magnet when it’s folded over while the case is open.

Magnets securing the iPad to the case seem to be stronger than the Apple folio. The pencil flap folds back and is secured by magnets.

You can buy 2 of these or 1 and a skin for less than the price of 1 Apple Folio.

I’ve had the ESR Rebound case for about a month of daily use. Pencil flap held securely by magnets when folded back. No real sign of wear to my navy blue model.
