Nope.Sorry for the dumb question. So in the USA we’re not going to get alternative app stores?
Switch to a government that loves regulations more or a company that loves profits less.

If I can use GeForce Now, it looks like I'll once again be able to play Fortnite on the iPhone. I think this is a great reason to update immediately.Apple is now allowing cloud gaming apps like Xbox Cloud Gaming and Nvidia GeForce NOW.
Agreed. Unfortunately, politicians don't consider things like that (they'd actually have to understand the subject matter at hand). They care about throwing their weight around and getting their way, consequences be d***ed.I don’t see how all these changes on a forced deadline do not introduce a lot of bugs.
I’ll keep 17.3.1 until at least 17.4.2.
Didn't you know? Congress can't do anything about anything except threaten each other. They're all worthless. Actual governing for the good of all isn't part of the job description. We won't alternative app stores until Congress starts threatening Tim Cook.
You could have just read the articleSorry for the dumb question. So in the USA we’re not going to get alternative app stores?
I’m in the UK and mines doesn’t say thatHere in the uk we also got about app changes in changelog tho it doesn’t apply to us lol
I am still shocked that the App Store and Browser changes are iOS only with no changes for the iPadOS. This makes those changes not that great for folks like me who just prefer having all the same apps on all devices.
Unfortunately tru, you have to make your congress push apple to do it because they won't do it on their own...Sorry for the dumb question. So in the USA we’re not going to get alternative app stores?
Same. It would be nice to be able to use something other than what Safari is built on, and maybe to have an ability for extensions.I could care less about the alternative app stores coming to the US, but I really what the alternative browser engines.
Maybe it's a sign. This update switches the 24 hr clock format to 12 hrs.
I had to flip the switch back to 24 on iPhone/iPad.
A new bug has been created.

Just a guess here, but I can imagine a fair amount of apps are about to be pulled from the App Store in EU countries.
