At the very moment when these idiotic actions somehow start spreading Covid too, yup. Until then, let’s keep the discussions on preventing further spread of a pandemic.
Wether or not individuals who ruin their own health should avail of free public healthcare in first world countries where such is available is a whole different discussion, especially when the negative effects cannot be reduced upfront by ways of vaccination.

ok as long as you are cherry picking who receives treatment, what about people who contract HIV because they did not minimize the risk by using a condom? condoms are a lot easier to get than vaccines.

Addictions are generally treated. Not getting a covid vaccination (because you can't sue or any other reason) is a willful act.
You have no idea what you are talking about.
When talking about denying medical treatment to ANYBODY you might as well deny treatment to various daredevils and criminals who got shot, also prison population should not get any medical treatment especially when the budget is tight. Why taxpayers should pay for the choice that criminals make?

As you as an individual, choose not to act in the best interest of the collective. One would be justified in expecting the collective to admonish some kind of negative to the individual. But as a firm believer in the Hippocratic Oath, we cannot refuse treatment to anyone, therefore sanctions have to be enacted upstream.
And when those sanctions align with the interest of the collective when scientifically dealing with the crisis, it becomes an ethical imperative to go through with them. (see limited access to the public "collective" space).

No it is not clear. A choice not to get vaccinated has nothing to do with denying medical science. This choice does not have to be based on a medical assessment either.

Of course bleach is not my idea, I never claimed it was. A simple internet search will supply you with plenty examples.
Same for the deworming stuff mentioned in the article posted here earlier. I couldn’t make this stuff up if I wanted to, we’ll leave this for the extra clever DIY scientists and flat earthers (also mentioned in this discussion via posted article).
There’s nothing like a good x-files episode - but it has to be a good one. So far folks fail to deliver.
