I'm seeing lag on the swipe down for Spotlight Gesture on iPhone 6 Plus. :c so glad I'm going to get a 6s Plus.

iPad Air. Pages app. Typing is almost impossible, you have to wait about a second after typing each letter because it doesn't record anything in between. Had to use notes app for today's work.

Edit: Same thing happens on an iPhone 6.

MAJOR BUG: iCloud Drive search function is broken. Works for some files and doesn't work for others. In early Beta, spotlight also pulled results from iCloud Drive. It no longer does this.

Still unable to select between 120fps and 240fps in the camera app (slo-mo)
Reported it at every beta and it is still missing in the GM build.
iPhone 6

Edit.
It is now in the settings for camera.

Used to be able to switch between the two modes directly in the app.
That's a shame.

My 6 Plus is running iOS 9GM like a champ! No issue with lag or choppy transitions. Everything is smooth including CC and Search. I did an update through iTunes and then did a Reset All Settings in my phone and I'm getting great performance. Happy camper!

I downloaded and installed the IOS 9 Betas on my iPhone 6. I'm not a Dev so will my device get an update prompt when the GM officially releases? or do I still have to manually download and install it?

The GM is already out, and no, you won't get it as an OTA update. You'll need to get the file for the GM OR wait until Wednesday for the public release.

I'm guessing Apple will be updating Pages before Wednesday.

Meaning to say this GM version is confirmed to the final release? Or will OTA prompt me to update again when the final release is pushed out?

Siri no audio feedback in speakerphone and through iphone still not fixed in GM
Seems like that's likely by design. There is some information about it in relation to some options at Settings > General > Siri > Voice Feedback

No OTA when the final release is out (as long as it's the same version/build, which is generally the case).

I tried that, tried changing the langauges, network reset, hard reboot and etc, nothing works when Siri hits this no audio feedback bug.

Right, that's what I was saying, that it's by design. Just that those options have some information about it as well.

Skype notifications aren't working for me anymore on iOS 9 GM or iOS 9.1 Beta :(

Same here, tried reinstalling the app and still no notifications.
Hangouts had the same issue but reinstalling the app solved the problem.

anybody know if the bug in the GM where you can't turn back on cellular for apps that had it disabled previous to updating is fixed? Podcasts.app is where i'm experiencing it and it's quite inconvenient
