I’m looking for iPhone MagSafe stand recommendations to use with StandBy:
  • iPhone needs to be able to be placed in landscape orientation
  • Built-in MagSafe or a cutout for the Apple MagSafe charger is fine
  • Apple Watch fast charger is great but not required
  • Additional Qi charger for AirPods is great but not required
Here are some options that meet this criteria:

Belkin BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charging Dock with MagSafe 15W
https://www.belkin.com/2-in-1-wireless-charging-dock-with-magsafe-15w/P-WIZ020.html

Belkin BoostCharge Pro 3-in-1 Wireless Charger with MagSafe

Etsy iPhone MagSafe Charger Stand

Mophie 3-in-1 Extendable Stand with MagSafe
https://www.zagg.com/Universal-Wireless-MagSafe-3-in-1-Extendable-Stand

Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe
https://www.twelvesouth.com/products/hirise-3-deluxe

Have you tried any other MagSafe stands that work well with StandBy?

Was getting fed up of the tangle of cables.

Does this charge the phone at 15W? I see it says the watch is apple certified but its not clear about the phone. Nice design if so.

I'm looking at getting the twelve south one when it's released. Both that one and the Belkin you posted will both do the fastest MagSafe charging for both the iPhone and the watch. One thing to keep in mind....I don't think you can adjust the angle of your phone on the Belkin charger like you can on the twelve south. That might be an important feature with Standby....someone correct me if I'm wrong on that....

I have two of the Belkin 3-in-1 units and they work great. Not sure if a Pro Max can be placed on it in landscape without obstructing the Watch charger though. I'll have to try it when I get home.

Nothing wrong with the Belkins, but I am eyeing this newer Anker (not the cube):

The Anker looks nice. Just wish it fast charged Apple Watch. I've always been happy with my Anker products.

On the website under specs it says "MFi Certified" and "MagSafe compatible" but no W rating. I'm not too bothered as I'll be charging overnight.

Just came in here to search for stands. Like others, I'd like to clean up the mess of wires next to my bed. I charge my phone and AW. Also charge my iPad there. I know that will have to use a separate wire. I've seen some nice options but $150+ can be expensive. Especially when I'm buying two. Would like quality though.

I bought the Otter Box 2-in-1 charging station and I love it so far. One thing that I really appreciated about it above the Belkin ones is that it uses USB-C, not an AC adapter. I want to move as much as I can away from anything that isn't USB-C or MagSafe compatible.

Used mine for the first time last night. Great build quality and does everything I expect it to do although the LED is quite bright. They do a different version - not entirely sure of the difference. Can't see what more the Belkin could do to make it nearly twice the price.

Any recommendations for a stand that:
-Charges reliably
-Doesn’t overheat the phone.
Update. I have just ordered the ESR Cryboost Halolock. Why?
-Active cooling to ensure that max Charing speeds can be sustained for longer.
-I can use the original apple watch charger thenks to neat cable management.
-Decent price at £51
-Tilt adjustable mount to ensure that standby works seamlessly.

Wattage? If it's 7.5 like most others, would a fan even matter that much? 🤔

Genuinely asking. I dunno how this works

Does anyone know which MagSafe stand Brandon Butch used in his latest iOS 17 features video?
