Here is a picture of my Meyer lemon, got it on release day.

Much like the taupe color, I’m now convinced that lighter colors do not patina well. If anything they just end up looking dirty and grimy.

Thanks, but I'm yet to find a single reliable seller with this color in stock (brand new). The majority of those Chinese and Taiwanese eBay listings are clearly fake. And for the rest I cannot be 100% sure.

Unfortunately, the Forest Green for XS was like a season color for Winter. They stop selling it after few months.

Today accidental fall on concrete for my XS with the red leather case. Good work by the case, no damage for the phone. Not the same for the case: some scuffs and marks in the leather

Give it time and those scuffs almost mould themselves into the leather?

I have/had a similar one on mine a couple of months ago and you can barely see it now. All I did was occasionally rub it with my finger

I hope. The one in the 2nd photo is really bad: you can see the underlying black plastic
(I have to admit that I’m a little be disappointed thinking about how much thin is the layer of leather, considering the price of the case)

Yeah it’s a super thin layer of leather on the hard plastic shell. I also wish there was a bit more leather added to the case.

Hey do you guys experience a "wear" in the corners on the camera hole/volume rocker side? It's not as "shiny" as the rest of the case and it feels softer than the shiny parts if that makes sense. It seems its when it's in my pocket (screen against my leg, lightning port facing up) it's wearing by me just moving around with it in my pocket.

I don't mind it but I'm just curious

I have noticed that the colored rather cases do have a grainier texture compared to the saddle brown case. My saddle brown was smooth and slippery while my black and red cases were much grippier and textured.

Black. It hides all marks and wear the best in my opinion. And it just looks sleek and classy.
