Folks, don't take pictures with the iPhone main camera, the photos are terrible. The RAW is better, I take all my photos with Adobe Lightroom for iOS

Not according to most of the pics in this thread!

The pixel seems to have a better camera algorithm, the image doesn’t look as processed as the iPhone ?. See the image below.

Yeah, I tested this out last weekend. Using Halide to take some RAW shots at the beach, and then took some with the regular camera app. The RAW images were garbage, so blown out in the bright sun that no amount of post processing on the computer could save them, but the ones taken with the regular app using smart HDR turned out really well.

Looks good! How did the same shot look in the regular camera app?

With the iPhone main camera

Here are two images side by side. The first picture was taken with the normal iPhone main rear camera, and the second is a RAW image taken with Adobe Lightroom for iOS. The regular iPhone photo is waaaaaay too overprocesed ??
