Even with the current pill cutout from the S10+ it'd look stunning. I'm already starting to get excited over here :D
I’m liking my S10 plus so far but the note 10 is the one android i would want and going forward i will always get the note if i don’t have an iPhone

I got the S10 plus to get me used to Samsung again before I got the note 10.

I am loving the look of what the Note10 may be, but I just hope they can fit a 4500mAh battery in there. Ultimately what I would like in the Note10 is all the good stuff in the Galaxy S10-5G model along with all of the good stuff in the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, plus a Stylus, that would be damn near the perfect phone for me until Samsung and Huawei perfect Foldables. I hope Samsung will bring that 25W Fast Charging to the Note10, as it will be difficult to go from the 40W charging I am used to in the Mate 20 Pro to the crappy slow 15W charging in the Galaxy S10 series.

My ideal scenario is the 5G S10, without 5G and with SPen.

Also UFS 3.0 finally. The fact that is coming to the Fold, and 1TB UFS 3.0 chips will hit during the second half of this year makes me think that the Note will get it.

Why no 5G? May as well have it there as it would make it future proof

Like with the initial 4G rollout 5G required additional hardware and was more battery consuming. By the time 5G is relevant to most I would likely be shopping for the next phone in 2-3 years time.

I think they will still have a 5G version, just i want them to have a 4G version too.

Maybe Samsung will learn its lesson and include an iris scanner or 3d facial detection? The S10's facial detection is disappointing since it's the old ICS standard.

I may get the S10+ when the Note 10 comes out since that's when prices should tank on older devices.

Battery is the one that hold off my leaning towards owning Samsung phone. Huawei and Oneplus beat them hands down in this department.

Battery charging is what is holding my leaning towards buying Samsung, they wanted to promote wireless charging thus manufacture the wireless gadgets. Huawei and Oneplus beat them at battery department.

Yep, very odd Samsung fell behind in this area, I remember the Galaxy S4 being one of the fastest charging phones, from the S4 to Note 4, they were well ahead.

Oppo/OnePlus and Huawei have certainly taken the lead now by a long way, I simply cannot go back but I want an SPen.

Yeah charging wise it needs to be 25w at least

But me coming from the max 15w is great lol

That's a great looking design, but I have to think the Note 10 will utilize the dual front cameras a la the S10+. Similiar to the concept towards the top of this page.

@Oohara we need to start saving!

 That would be the iPad mini killer for me. At least until they refine the Galaxy Fold and achieve economies of scale to bring the price down. Wow. Of course my issues with Samsung rumors is that the specs, especially for the battery sizes, are always jaw dropping. But the reality always ends up being more modest or downright disappointing.

Lol at the 6.66” display. I shall now think of it as “The Beast” for that reason as well as the great specs.

Well this beast will be coming out around my birthday. I know what I want!

I hope they offer a nice old phone trade in deal for it like they did for the S series phones. I’ll trade in my 8plus once I get it back from my kid who is getting an Xr for graduation.

I know I have only had my S10 plus a week or so but the note 10 will be my next phone and I can see it being my only phone each year.

Certainly work wise I need to take notes and it's far easier doing it on my phone than on a tablet which would take more space.

Haha u know it Grumps! This is looking better and better. At that screen size and with the current design cues from the S10+ this could be a real step forward for the Note. I would probably see if I can trade my 7 Plus for a regular 7 and keep that along with a gen 4 Apple Watch, and use the Note as daily driver.

And yep Apple that's what u get for not making a Pencil compatible OLED iPad Mini ;)

LMAO it took me three reads to get that one :D First two times I just thought "What's she getting at, is 6.66" really big enough to warrant a 'LOL'?"

For me it's around my brother's birthday unfortunately...he's a huge Tolkien fan though and we all know the hobbit traditions for who gives who a birthday gift...

Over here in Sweden nobody ever does the trade in deals :( But I'll probably sell my 6T and repay it with my provider so I can get the Note on a new plan.

BRING ON THE BEAST!!!

Yeah, I'm not sure how well known the 666 reference from the Bible is in Sweden, which I'm told is a very secular society, but in the US it features in a lot of memes and jokes.

On my birthday, everyone else in the family gets a present, so my husband will likely be getting one, too. :D

For years I didn't celebrate my birthdays and we stopped celebrating wedding anniversaries, too, after the 17th, because we just got too busy to keep up with these things. We have so many nieces and nephews and now their children to keep up with.

But we started up again for the Note 7 on a BOGO deal. I haven't gotten a Note since then, though, so the Pixel has sufficed. Anything between June-October will do .:p

For our 20th wedding anniversary, my husband completely forgot to get even a card. I got him a small plant for his desk...which he neglected, so it died.:rolleyes: .It was a stupid gift to get a busy man, but it being our 20th, I had to think quick and I didn't have much time, either. So I stopped at the garden center on the way home from school and got the ultimate desperation gift.:p I was a bit disappointed to not have gotten a card for that particular anniversary, but I got a nice dinner out and at least I didn't have to water it! :D

Anyway it's fun to sort of shoehorn our personal celebrations around these phone releases. It makes life easier, too. "Here dear, Happy Birthaversary!" :p

It's not odd...it's due to the Note 7 explosions....Samsung prefers your safety first now. At least everyone still gets a fast charger unlike iPhone users.
