Ok to each their own. It just the way I look at it, it would be like buying a Ferrari and driving it around with a fabric cover on the outside. Sure it protects it and the car still works, but you can't take in the full beauty of it while using it.

I'll make exceptions for leather cases because I think they add class and, not for its protection.

99% of Ferrari (and other super cars) owners will use PPF (and/or ceramic coating) to protect their investment.
