Ordered on 24 March - delivery window says 14-21 April... Very excited indeed.

UPS gave me an option to change my delivery to 4/2 for $5. Decided to pay it to see if it shows up early, no charge if they can't get it to me by then

I'm from the UK.

Oh I'm sure it definitely will - mine said PTS yesterday evening around 8pm and this morning around 10am I logged on to see that it's changed to shipped but the email came through with the tracking at 12:14pm.
