I've just got a notification for order for Oct 24+. It has just Shipped. The other order from Sept 30 for Oct 25+ is still in Processing.Finally! Same I have - Preparing for Shipping on my order 15 Pro black, from Sept 28 (Delivery placeholder Oct 24-31)
Although on my other order 15PM Black from Sept 30, with a placeholder for Oct 25+ has no movement yet. Probably it will happen tomorrow.
btw, there was no email confirmation about status change

Were your delivery estimates always for Oct 25 or did it jump forward this week?
I'm current down for a 14:30 hour slot. Cleared the afternoon tasks off and told my wife she's not to disturb me lol

Still trying to get my head around how yours is coming so quickly to you. Mine was ordered two days before yours albeit mine is a 256GB PM in Natural Titanium And mine still says Processing 10-17 Nov.
Plenty of stock of this device in Apple stores for reservation and John Lewis have the natural, too.
