Was it really necessary to bring up a thread that's nearly 2 years old?


I think it's relevant, this thread was originally about the effects of the incase slider on the original iPhone, but I have experienced the same problem with the incase slider on my iPhone 3G. It's better than having someone start a brand new thread for the same problem.

This thread was not about the Incase Slider.

Still, I can also say the Incase Slider has caused little scratches near the chrome.

it scratched mine too. likely some dirt/dust got underneath and all the rubbing caused the scratch/scuff marks. i don't mind since I have the incase cover on all the time. without it I would likely drop the phone more times than not.
