Still resisting an OLED TV.
Wanting an LG B9 or C9. So I'm now curious if this years model will add anything substantial or a mild upgrade over the C9.
For myself, any "luxury" TV has always been outside of my comfort level. I could get one, just the justification has never been there.
One day maybe.

Set an alert on Slickdeals as it consistently goes on sale. I got my C8 or whatever the name is for near 50% off last year during a crazy sale.

Just be patient and keep an eye out and be ready to jump fast.

I will not buy another TV for main viewing outside of OLED anymore. Its too damn good.

I'd bought one a few months before watching any of his videos, and now I'm planning on modding it.

DankPods is right; this is incredibly satisfying:

I have yet to try that. :p

I was inspired to do a CF upgrade in a Mini after watching Druaga1's iPod videos. I got a first gen though, so I'll need to get a second gen. Best of luck on the upgrade! :D

Dell UltraSharp 32 4K USB-C Monitor: U3219Q

In my ongoing struggle to decide which new Mac to replace my mid-2010 iMac with, I’m now thinking of an 2020 i7 Mini, with this screen. Expensive, but a 32” 4K sounds much more practical than a 27”, even if the latter is 5K. Having one of these babies means I don’t need a second monitor.

There are less expensive 32” 4K monitors, but this one seems to be a solid choice.

But, my aging iMac just keeps on chugging along, so strictly speaking, I don’t need a new computer.

I successfully resisted buying the Dell, and instead went with an LG 32" 4K monitor, for about $400 less, plus the aforementioned Mini. Whew.

As of right now, more Jagermeister!

In tech though, a newer iPhone. That red and black SE would be a great upgrade for me. I've been thinking of it for ages but decided to keep my 6s for a few more years. I assume it'll get iOS 14 too.

I'm trying mightily to avoid purchasing an iPhone 11 Pro Max, since my iPhone X meets my needs just fine and was replaced under AppleCare less than a year ago--so is essentially a new device. It's way too close to the time when iPhone 12 Pro Max (or whatever Apple's Name du Jour will be) will be announced, if not necessarily available.
