Just as stated in the title. On the Public Beta installed on a 5th Gen Mini, and now I cannot slide up from the bottom of the screen to access the dock, nor multitasking. Any thoughts? Bug? New "feature"? Is there a switch in settings I... need to switch? Any info welcomed.

...I really like Dark Mode! Was not high on my list of hoped for features. I really was not concerned one way or the other. However, since installing iOS 13, Dark Mode is my default setting. I really do like it! :D
