what about Adobe Photoshop CS5?

Office 2011?

Older Photoshop, like CS5?

Adobe Photoshop CS5 crashes on exit, may have other issues while running.

Good to hear. Now has anyone tried Office 2011? How well does that run?

Office 2011?

Word 2011 crashes attempting to open files.

How about Aperture?

The release notes list some problems.

On a side note:

I did notice some applications launched very slowly. Sometimes it could take over 30 seconds before it got launched.
It seemed the application wasn't working but this only occurs the first time you launch theme.

This is due to the new Gatekeeper Path Randomisation Apple introduced in macOS -
One thing to know it will render most cracked version (from Appstore or not) useless. Which is imo a good thing.
It is a pretty clever way to check of the application has been patched or not codesigned (correctly).

Would be much appreciated!

Slack appears to work.

Thanks Donovan,

Took the plunge thanks to that post since that one's important for work. Can confirm that SourceTree, SequelPro, Vox and PHPStorm all work. However, I did notice the following issue when doing an upgrade to SequelPro:

Screen Shot 2016-06-18 at 2.47.28 AM.png
[doublepost=1466233126][/doublepost]Also can confirm that SonicWALL Mobile client app is broken. Opens, but immediately disconnects after a connection attempt. NetExtender seems to work however.

All applications that uses Sparkle to update do not work anymore. Well, the upgrade process will not work anymore.
This is due the new Gatekeeper changes. In other words, Sparkle is dead for macOS.

i've asked that as well. since there are so many 3rd party plugins, no one person could answer that part. but...when the public beta hits, i'll probably dive in...and will report back here (unless, of course, someone else reports in first).

No 3rd party plug-ins are validating, only Apple plugins that are embedded in Logic Pro X or MainStage are validating. Strange is that auvaltool is same version, but it reports it cannot open components (normal location for plugins).

yikes (and yet, sigh, will probably dive in once the public beta is up). problem-solving is my middle name... o_O

As an alternative to Mailacton and Mailhub plugins for mail there is MsgFiller that has a working version.

If you're running Clean My Mac that is a lower version than 3.5b2 watch out for RAM usage I was on 3.4 & it was maxing out the 16GB of RAM on my RMBP (it was the CleanMyMac 3 Menu that was hogging the RAM). Upgrade to the beta you can select this through Clean My Macs preferences just select Offer to update to beta versions when available on the updates tab.
