They're the exact same phone specs for specs. One just has OPPO branding and the other as OnePlus.

The OPPO one will have additional colors, though. Only green and black for OnePlus.
Yeah, I just peeped the article from Verge. They plan to release the Oppo Find N3 as a Chinese exclusive and OnePlus Open international.

Here's the new taskbar for the OnePlus. Hi Samsung. Lol.
Yup.. that’s a copy Lol. I wish they woulda took Pixel Fold route though… I like Google implementation better.

Yep. Lol. We all know Samsung Fold software was king and if you can't beat them, may as well join them.

Hardware.

We do not know if 5he software at this point.
Well, we can get an idea of the software from the OnePlus Pad… that’s what I did when it came to the Pixel Tablet before the Pixel Fold arrived.

And I really like what OnePlus did with their software on the tablet… but unfortunately I’d rather wait until the Fold 6. I personally like what I get from Samsung in a foldable package. But I’m really rooting for the OnePlus Open.. hoping it pushes both Pixel Fold and Galaxy Fold to improve on their specs.

Here's the dock.

From later in that posts thread ...

Some additional info

Rear cameras (video):
- 4K at 30/60 fps
- 1080p at 30/60 fps
- Dolby Vision HDR : 4K, 30 fps; 1080p, 30 fps

Front cameras (video):
- 4K at 30 fps
- 1080p at 30fps

Camera sensor Info:
Sony LYT-T808 (primary)
OmniVision OV64B (Tele)
Sony IMX581 (Ultra-wide)

This is 2023 and using THE latest Sony IMX581 - first phone to do so and ONLY 1080p at max 60fps in 2023? And ... OnePlus' motto is 'Never Settle'?

Bruv ... THIS is the epitome of Half-Steppin with crutches on, not even 120/240fps slow mo?!
To me that IS Settling!

Sigh, I guess I'll reserve untkil official announcement in 48hrs roughly, but that is no bueno in 2023. Foldables are THE pinnacle (or should be) of synergy of all mobile phone technologies.

UI looks slick, clean and tidy. Liking it already.
Screenshots show standard apps being used with a dock nothing special nor unique to the UI at all.

4805mAh battery is nice along with SuperVooc charging of 67W allowing for 1-100% fully charged in 45mins is sweet!! That'll hurt the Fold 5 sales a bit in North America & the UK.

Still 28/29hrs left so that's when we really get to see the UI. Showing Apps we can download from the Play Store isn't the UI. I thought more experienced Android users could tell. We'll see tomorrow.

Anyone know their warranty support in NAmerica??

@DeepIn2U when I was checking last just saw standard one year warranty with options to get extended warranty as well as protection plans offered ...

I think the UI is what I mention before… its OnePlus Pad in a smaller form factor. However, they made one slight change to it... adding that taskbar.

This definitely looks like a killer phone...
Just remember, THIS IS an Oppo phone rebranded with different UX ;)

Great looking kit BUT that paper test and theie claim of folding completely flat I'd like to see a teardown test: those thick rubber stops around the perimeter hide any potential gap that could, still exist and that bothers me of its design.

Below is the OnePlus Pad... checked out a couple vids to see what I can expect from the tablet experience. And this is what I had hoped Samsung would have implemented for their drop down Notification Center on tablets.

And look at what Samsung offers! Extra space wasted.

Mmm the videos I've seen earlier today of rhr oneplus pad basically scream ios copy cat. Not what I was expecting nor hoping to see. If that really holds true vs weak tubers takes that I've seen, then I'm not I pressed but 18hrs left.

Also first I heard 2600 nits peak brightness now its 2800 nits peak. Who's messing up the leak info going across the web?

Oh yeah I would like to see some teardowns.. I've been seeing plenty of the one sheet paper in between the phone holding it in the air haha

And tbh, I don’t have a problem with OnePlus Pad copying the iPad… its the number one tablet in the market, it’s the smart move.

My only issue with the OnePlus Pad is the lack of multitasking options… that’s a big selling point when it comes to productivity on a tablet and apparently the OnePlus Open is going to address that with the taskbar.

Yeah, I try to avoid getting caught up in the spec sheet.. keyword “try.” But looking forward to the keynote and the initial impressions from YouTubers.
