The forums seem a bit slow and sluggish today

Yup, forum has slowed considerably. Especially pages with pictures (digital photography threads). They were loading quickly, but no more.
The stuff with pages with pictures taking an absolute age to load is especially pronounced when I am abroad, when I am sometimes operating with poor, or limited online access.
Then, I would really welcome something which would allow me to load pages without images.
And noting that the forums seem to be incredibly slow, and sluggish this morning.
Pages are taking an age to load, and "likes" and posts are also taking an age to register.
And the forums are slow and sluggish today, as well. Pages have been taking ages to load, and are stalling and hanging.
Not seen that here on my iPhone or Mac mini today.

Today, I have noticed that the forums seem a bit slow and sluggish with pages taking an age to load, and posts taking a while to appear.
Agreed. 2-3 seconds between hitting post reply and anything happening.
Sometimes, today up to 15 seconds in my case (I've timed it) for alerts, likes, replying to posts and pages loading; deplorably slow - with pages hanging and stalling.
It was pretty bad earlier this morning (6-7am, MST), but it's pretty much ok at this point... Earlier I even got the "you're not logged in" on Tapatalk... even though I was (shut down Tapatalk and relaunched and all was good)...
Laggy laggy laggy here. Took a good 3 minutes for a reply to go through.

Actually, I've two windows opened at MR just now.
It is taking a good 15 seconds - at least, for I've timed it - for a 'like' to register, a page to load, a reply to be posted, an alert to be opened and read.

Very annoying.
