Found a nice looking link bracelet for space grey sport!!!

That looks nice.

But you know what would be even more awesome? If this band didn't have to rely on an adapter. As far as I can tell, with the original Apple link bracelet you just sort of slide the band into the body of the watch, there's no additional "connector" piece required, whereas the one from Monowear has this adapter piece. Do you see what I mean? I don't quite know how to better express this in English.

I LOVE the leather loop so will see if any third parties make that as Im tempted on spending £130 but if I can get a cheaper version as good then I shall do that!

I don't think it would be a good idea using that with a sport as its Stainless Steel. Stainless and Aluminium react with each other over time and corrode.

Unless the adapter takes care of this I don't think it would be a good idea.

The negative reviews are because they didn't buy the classic buckle which has the attachment you have to remove to put in the new band.

I'm in the market for a red band. I'd prefer to wait for a (Product)Red Sports Band, but who knows how long that will take. Also, sometimes Apple's "red" is too orange for my tastes: http://www.apple.com/s/aR9H3x6C8C

I have a very small wrist (measure 140 MM) and I ordered the 38 MM milanese loop. It has to wrap all the way around to fit. The modern buckle small on the tightest setting fits perfect. I didn't try on any watches until I had already pre-ordered but stopped by a store a few days before my watch arrived to try them on because I was so excited. The link bracelet wouldn't fit at all - even with 6 links taken out. I reached out to monowear to see how many links could be taken out of their link bracelet because I really prefer the link bracelet design. Their bracelet will allow for 2 more links to come out but she asked for my actual wrist size to see if they could custom make a link bracelet for me. I'm waiting to see how much more it will cost me but it will be a better deal than Apple. I'm also stalking the Apple website because I will end up ordering a modern buckle at some point. I love the milanese loop but if I'm active (playing tug with my puppy) it has loosened and then locked.

I really wish there were some adapters out now - if monowear can't help I will wait for Click and then have a jewelry store remove a lot of links in a separate link band.

The MyCell white sport band I ordered from Amazon shipped. We'll see how it compares to the real thing for half the price once it gets here.

Funny, it shipped sooner than the real ones I ordered from Apple.

Are you talking about the Monowear SG link bracelet? Basically, it will slide into your Apple Watch just as easily as the original Apple link bracelet would. However, the original Apple bracelet doesn't have an "adaptor piece", as far as I can tell. Instead, the last piece of the link bracelet functions as the "adaptor", as the connection to the watch body.

Anyway, to me it seems as if they did indeed make a space grey adaptor. If you go to their Amazon site ( http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WGQR92S?psc=1 ) you can select the "Matte Grey Adaptor", which I believe is the right adaptor for the aluminum space grey Apple watch.

Just got an email from the seller of the MyCell bands. It DID NOT ship, even though I got a shipping email. They said they were "streamlining the process" and printed shipping labels for the pre-orders. They don't even have the product yet. They'll send an update once they actually have it and it does ship. So, false alarm.

I also use aliexpress a lot. But you have to read the description carefully. For instance, these bands are rubber. That means allergy, and short lived.

Nice Idea, but still way too expensive. It doesn't cost much to make a steel bracelet for a watch. Anything over $50 US dollars is ridiculous.
