also you might try rebooting your router if your still having issues with downloading 10.14.6 beta 1 but you are not missing much there were not release notes with this beta
I'll try that first right now, I just saw this.
Thank you.

A safari technology update came out about the same time as the 10.14.6 beta update so its trying to install 2 updates and when you have 2 updates installing at the same time it cause the beta update not to install or cause errors that's why I provided the link try installing safari then try the beta update

Are you planning to be a beta tester for Catalina? You might want to sit this one out.....
I don't see why I shouldn't. The way I see it, is that I can learn the new software so I can show my family how to work it when they get it.... Actually, it's only one other person who has a iPad, but still....

You are more daring than I am! If I had only one computer and it was an older one at that, I would feel that I couldn't take chances with a beta! That's just me, though...... I tend to be risk-averse, especially if I am not sure of what I am doing. There just seem to be so many major changes coming our way with MacOS and then all the new separations out into different apps for MacOs and the iPad/iPhone, etc., with music, books, podcasts, etc..... I have more than one relatively current computer in this household as well as a couple of rather new iOS devices and yet I"m just going to wait until the final versions of MacOS Catalina and iOS are ready for release in the fall. There will still probably be bugs and issues but at least the major problems will presumably have been sorted out. I just don't want to be a guinea pig and risk my expensive computers and iOS devices getting inadvertently bricked.

I have a feeling that something not so easy to fix will happen to my MBP anyway, but I will never consider entering the BETA program on my iPhone.
